Shipping Options
We ship worldwide.
For US customers, we offer shipping via UPS Ground.
US customers have the advantage of viewing the shipping costs for their orders
before a purchase is completed. During the check-out process, US Customers will
be allowed to select a shipping method best suited to fit their needs.
For international customers, we ship via USPS Global Priority Mail (4-10 days)
and USPS Global Express Mail (3-5 days) for smaller boxes, and via UPS for
boxes too large to be sent using USPS services.
Unlike our US customers, international customers do not have the advantage of
viewing the shipping costs for their orders before their purchase. CGA does not
supply the shipping costs of international orders upfront because an accurate
method to account for exact dimensional weight has not been found. To ensure
that our international customers pay the correct amount for shipping, we do not
bill these charges until your order is packaged and ready to be shipped from
our facilities. You are charged the exact rate we pay for shipping, plus a 3rd
party insurance cost of $1 per $100 in coverage and a $7.50 per box charge for
packaging materials. Due to this policy, international customers must pay by
credit card or Paypal and must incur two separate charges on different dates.
The first charge that international customers will incur is the cost of the
entire order minus the shipping cost. The second charge consists of the
shipping cost, insurance, and cost of packaging materials. When international
orders are ready to ship, you should receive an e-mail which contains the
shipping method and cost of shipping your order, so that you are aware of the
additional transactions which are either being charged to your credit card or
need to be paid via Paypal.
